This was the first time that the Bulletin Staff of Central High
School published a Commencement Issue which closely resembled the
Central Annual book. They felt this issue was their "supreme
achievement" and they hoped it would serve as an "incentive to
higher achievements" in the future.
It's a rare book and in
addition to discussing all events at the 6 year old school, which
had opened in 1911, the bulletin also has a course description of
every course taught at the school, plus advertisements of the
period. It's a good over-all picture of Central High School in 1917. |
